The Blue Ridge Chapter Public Relations Society of America has chosen the Literacy Volunteers of Roanoke Valley as its public service project for the year. The mission of the Literacy Volunteers of Roanoke Valley is to teach reading, writing, and English language skills, free of charge, to adults through volunteer efforts.
