Creating Successful Internships

Does your internship program need an overhaul? Do you want to start an internship program, but aren't sure about first steps? This workshop is for you! Dr. Stephanie Smith, Associate Professor and Internship Coordinator in the Virginia Tech School of Communication, will lead this 90-minute workshop all about creating internships that work for you AND serve student needs. 

This workshop is co-located with our annual PRSSA student retreat. Following the workshop, you are invited to attend lunch with the students, which gives them an opportunity to practice networking skills and you the opportunity to possibly meet a future intern!
