About the event

Colonel Kevin Mahoney, Chief of Operations at the Office of the Army Surgeon General and US Army Medical Command, will discuss leadership and communications during a crisis. Colonel Mahoney has served as a United States Army Officer for more than 22 years, and has held a wide variety of positions including Chief of Staff, Office of the Joint Staff Surgeon, and Commander of the 56th Multifunctional Medical Battalion. Most recently he completed a United States Army War College fellowship at the Department of Health and Human Services, supporting the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR). Colonel Mahoney will share his insights on the pandemic, leadership and communication challenges, lessons learned, and more.
