About The Event

In order to create a solid foundation for PRSA’s first-ever national PRSA Diversity and Inclusion strategic plan, a nearly year-long analysis was conducted in 2019 with PRSA members. The initiative included qualitative research in the form of individual interviews and focus groups as well as quantitative research in the form of a PRSA-wide survey. Over a period of 11 months, from February to December, data was collected and analyzed.

The goal was to ascertain and benchmark, current thoughts, perspectives, attitudes, and views regarding diversity and inclusion as it relates to PRSA. With this effort, PRSA’s National Diversity and Inclusion Committee sought to move beyond anecdote and individualized outlooks, to a true representation of where the organization is and how it can move forward with a progressive and strategic diversity and inclusion plan - informed by the perspectives of the members.

During this luncheon, Blow will provide a snap shot of the extensive research and the key findings from this effort. Registration includes lunch provided by the Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center.
